MartinLogan Discrete Cinema Soundbar 85 3-Channel Passive Soundbar

The MartinLogan Discrete Cinema Soundbar 85 brings separate left, centre and right channels into one slim enclosure, proportioned for 85-inch class televisions. Its 15-driver array combines three Gen2 Folded Motion tweeters with 12 4-inch woven-fiberglass cones for dialogue, music and movie sound.

Three channels, one streamlined speaker

Folded Motion Waveguides provide 90° × 90° tweeter dispersion. The sealed aluminum cabinet uses a 2.5-way crossover, while the woven-fiberglass drivers feature 1.5-inch high-temperature voice coils. Internally isolated channels help preserve separation across the front soundstage.

Designed for a clean installation

A low-profile wall mount is included. Optional TV-mounting hardware is sold separately; built-in cable channels and removable tool-free connectors simplify installation.

Passive soundbar: external amplification is required for all three channels. MartinLogan recommends adding a subwoofer for low-frequency extension. TV, amplifier and subwoofer are not included. Sold individually.
