Unify AV ships across Canada from our showroom in St. Albert, Alberta.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 PM Mountain Time, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Product Availability
As a specialty retailer, many products are sourced directly from authorized Canadian distributors upon order. While we maintain demonstration inventory in our showroom, retail stock levels may vary.
If an item is unavailable or subject to extended lead times, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Alberta: 1–3 business days
- Western Canada: 3–6 business days
- Eastern Canada: 5–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Special-Order Products
Many premium audio, video, and custom integration products are special-order items. Typical distributor lead times range from 7–10 business days.
If anticipated delivery exceeds 21 business days, we will contact you to discuss options.
Damaged Shipments
Any shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging and provide photographs to assist with any claims.
